Allelon Ruggiero has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He began his journey via the theatre as a preteen. At the age of 12, he intensified his acting training by attending the Performing Arts School of Philadelphia. During his senior year of high school, he landed his first professional acting role as the beloved Stephen Meeks in Peter Weir's Dead Poets Society. Since then Ruggiero has performed in numerous film, television, commercial, and theatre projects.

Allelon has always taken great pride in his work as an actor, but he also has a passion for working behind the camera. He began his path into filmmaking through the fine arts film program at Philadelphia’s University of the Arts. In 1997, Allelon’s role in Gregory Hoblit’s “Fallen”, brought him to Los Angeles. At this point he decided to expand his repertoire and began working in commercial production. From 1999 to 2009 he worked in various positions at numerous production companies, spending most of his time at the Artists Company and Quentin Tarantino’s A Band Apart. In 2010 Ruggiero began producing and directing content for Bain and Company. There he was able to see various projects from concept through completion, including the supervision of post production.

In 2011 Allelon and his wife, Lea Walker, opened Aeriform Arts, an aerial and circus arts training facility in Hollywood California. As the business has grown they have both been able to utilize their backgrounds in production to form Aeriform Artists
Media, providing consultation services to various live venues, film, television and commercials, as well as produce their own theatrical productions. In 2019 Al directed “Cirque du Giselle”, an aerial version of the classic ballet.

Ruggiero is very proud to continue his work as an actor and filmmaker. His love for the craft is as enduring as his passion for the projects he has been fortunate enough to be involved with. Allelon resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife, Lea and his adorable doggy, Lola.
